2020 is the year of transformation and development of the cultural construction of Beijing’s sub center，which is of great significance. We have made great achievements in deeply excavating the historical and cultural resources with the Grand Canal as the core，accelerating the construction of a multi-point supporting cultural tourism development pattern，and promoting the high-quality development of public cultural services. During the “14th five year plan” period，the cultural construction of urban sub centers will enter a new development stage，practice the new development concept，and make more contributions to the construction of national cultural center in the process of gradually integrating into the new development pattern.
