This paper conscientiously implements the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee，the State Council，the Party Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region，the People’s Government and the Municipal Committee of Yulin in 2019. Yulin has adopted the work plan of seeking progress while maintaining stability，and has deeply implemented “breakthrough year for the project constructions” and “upgrading year for city management”，therefore，this paper gives a comprehensive summary to actively and steadily responding to the various difficulties and challenges of the economic downturn and the results achieved in Yulin. In 2020，it predicts that the economy and society of Yulin will continue to maintain steady and healthy development，several countermeasures and suggestions for opening-up and development is given.
