In 2019，Qinzou has continually adhered to the work plan of seeking progress while maintaining stability by carrying on new development concept，implementing fighting year for industrial development，and optimizing business environment through the events such as “upgrading the services for enterprises”，which has vigorously pushing forward “the three promotion” projects and “ten breakthrough” key projects. This report provides a comprehensive summary of the above-mentioned work. After analyzing the problems and challenges of Qinzhou’s economy in 2019 and the situation of domestic and foreign economic development in 2020，it is predicted that Qinzhou’s economic development will maintain a steady and progressive development momentum in 2020，and on this basis，countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating open development have been proposed.
