The decentralization of administrative approval powers has accelerated government functions to be transformed that allow the reform happened in the investment field in order to achieve remarkable results in investment promotion. Moreover，vigorously promoting the trade transformation and upgrading has effectively ensured the stable development of foreign trade. Both deepening the open innovation in the financial sector and building an open portal to ASEAN-oriented financial cooperation have functionally combined with one another，The construction of New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor in the west as well as an important gateway for the connectivity to the “Belt and Road” have been accelerated. In 2020，under the support of various policies，the reform and innovation of China（Guangxi）Pilot Free Trade Zone will continue to advance，the level of trade facilitation will be further improved，the investment promotion will be steadily promoted，financial reform and innovation will be accelerated，and the construction of New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor in the west will also be continually promoted in an orderly manner，and various reform tasks will be pushed forward in a coordinated manner.
