Based on the analysis of the overall industrial development of Guangxi’s Beibu Gulf Economic Zone during the period of the “13^th Five-Year Plan”，this report further analyzes the development of the eight dominant industries，key industrial parks and modern service industries in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone，it not only discusses the problems existing in the development of the industry，and predicts the mathematical model of the industrial development trend of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone during the period of the “14^th Five-Year Plan”，but also prejudges the development situation of the “14^th Five-Year Plan”，and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on pursing successful achievements on industrial development in the end of the “13^th Five-Year Plan” and created a feasible plan of industrial development for Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in the “14^th Five-Year Plan” period，which includes focusing on the three key undertaking industries of key regions，key industries and key enterprises to create a lush “industry tree”；building a solid foundation based on four major advantages，and create an important domestic and international “gateway port”；developing innovation in five models with precision docking industry，breaking through the “magic curse” of low-end and lock-in of the industry.
