The COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 is a major challenge to China’s social governance system and emergency management system，as well as a test of China’s psychological crisis intervention mechanism. The psychological intervention action was timely and rapid，showing a high degree of organization，professionalism and systematization，and establishing an all-dimensional，stereoscopic and all-covering psychological crisis intervention and counseling mechanism combining online and offline. In the post-epidemic era，it is necessary to further improve and promote the construction of emergency psychological service system.
