Without emergency management information，it is difficult to be called emergency management modernization. At present，China is building a comprehensive information infrastructure and information business application system，building an emergency management big data platform，and basically forming a “one network management” mode. The development trend of emergency management informatization in foreign countries is that the information transmission network is safe and reliable，the geographic information system is widely used，the open network cooperation platform operates efficiently，and the government and social disaster information are organically integrated. Based on this，theoretical research should be strengthened in the future to provide theoretical support for the construction of emergency informatization；Strengthen the application of technology to provide technical support for the construction of emergency information；Strengthen the overall planning of resources to provide basic guarantee for the construction of emergency informatization.
