At present，China has established a relatively mature early warning information release system，of which the national emergency early warning information release system is the main component. Taking the national emergency early warning information release system as an example，this paper makes a systematic reflection on the current situation and problems of China’s early warning information release system，and proposes to further improve the leadership system of early warning information release，improve the legal policies of early warning information release，improve the level of monitoring and early warning technology，strengthen the construction of hardware system，and enhance the timeliness，accuracy and comprehensiveness of early warning release It is necessary to integrate and utilize the early warning release channels，and improve the information sharing and linkage coordination mechanism.
