From the nature of the community service center，space of the office，budget，authority，project operations，personnel structure and etc.，the article analyzed the current development status of Beijing Community Service Center，proposed that building Beijing Community Service Center should distinguish responsibilities，coordinate institutions，improve mechanisms and systems，establish community worker teams，and promote the building of community service stations.
