<<China’s traditional urban community building,with strong executive characteristic,is now being impacted by self-governance of the apartment owner committee. Due to the inherent defect of a self-regulatory mechanism and the disadvantage of external environment,the building of apartment owner committee’s structure becomes a key precondition to ensure the normal operation of the committee and integration into the community building. With the organizational structure of owners’ meeting,apartment owner committee,and employed staff,the allocation of power and interest will not be overlapping,probably providing a structural platform for the governance of apartment owner committee.
