Ecological civilization pursues the harmonious coexistence and virtuous circle between human and nature，human and human，human and society. The construction of community ecological civilization is the key basic content of social ecological civilization construction. The evaluation index system can transform the connotation of community ecological civilization into an operational goal. This paper discusses the connotation of community ecological civilization. Based on the connotation of community ecological civilization evaluation elements and evaluation index system are further proposed，which can provide reference for the construction and management of community ecological civilization.
