Based on the empirical investigation of Beijing sub center （Tongzhou District），the paper finds that the supporting facilities of public service in urban community have some problems such as the lack of “two synchronization”，the defect of planning and design or beiing used to other proposes；the mismatch between the “trade standard” and “public standard” policy；the difficulty of unified transfer mode of supporting facilities，the large number of receiving and using units，and insufficient coordination. Therefore，the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening comprehensive governance，ensuring “two synchronization”，strengthening legal governance，guaranting the supporting facilities to play their original roles，trengthening source governance，improving standards of supporting facilities，strengthening classified governance and ensuring smooth transfer of supporting facilities.
