By the aging situation of Wuhan city，the needs for elderly people care have been increased for recent years. For meeting the demands，the government of Wuhan has extended the coverage of old-age care into the community by working with private institutions and enterprises to carry out the “Internet +” intelligence community home-based elderly care. The whole system are composed of the Internet，sensing technology，positioning system，mobile phone personal App and other technical equipment to deal with the needs of elderly people in home. The whole system consists of data acquisition，data sensing，data analysis，data response and offline services. Since 2018，the government has formulated the “three help one care” service target that many the streets，communities in Wuhan which implemented with the intelligence old-age care which made the elderly and care-givers feeling convenience and safety would be development prosperously and rapidly.
