网络安全问题是智慧社区治理中面临的重要问题之一。智慧社区的网络安全风险与传统社区网络安全风险存在着显著差异。对其呈现出的规律进行深入研究，并从社区治理现代化和网络安全角度去构建其治理路径，具有较强的理论探索价值和实践指导意义。本文从智慧社区与网络安全风险的表现类型出发，系统分析了风险特点和治理难点。在此基础上，结合习总书记有关网络空间治理和社区治理的重要论述，有针对性地提出了相应的对策与建议。
Network security is one of the emerging and unconventional security issues faced by smart communities. There are significant differences between smart communities and traditional communities in network security risk. It has theoretical values and practical meanings to study on the pattern and governance path of network security risk. This article reviews literatures in this area and analyses difficulties of risk management in terms of intelligent community. The author gives targeted suggestions in view of Xi Jinping’s important thought of community governance and network management.
