Elderly care center is an important carrier of community home endowment service，radiation service is an important content of elderly care center. Using data of “Beijing home care facilities survey 2020” initiated by Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and SPSS software，This paper found that range of radiation services of Elderly care centers is too large，the service item is single，the service demand of the elderly is weak，the supply of radiation service is inequality，so put forward to play the role of the government guidance，promote the construction of a couplet body of elderly care service，promote multi-format integration of elderly care service，excavate potential demand of the elderly care service，focus on the new demand during and after COVID-19 epidemic，improve the intelligent level of elderly radiation services.
