At present，China’s population is aging at a high level. The aging rate is faster than that of the world and the growth of China’s economy. The growth of population aging and empty nesting is also very obvious. How to find a diversified pension model suitable for national conditions，and feasible and easy to popularize is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. As an elderly care service model centered on the family，supported by the community and relied on professional services，community-based care for the elderly is gradually showing its advantages，such as convenient services，strong supply pertinence and family affordability. It has attracted great attention from the government and gradually promote it as the main mode of social pension services.

This article discusses the current situation，existing problems and reasons，countermeasures and suggestions of property service companies participating in community-based care for the elderly. It aims to explore ways and practices for property service companies to effectively alleviate the pressure on the government to provide social pension security services by leveraging their advantages.
