在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的背景下,保护和开发运河生态文化资源,是大运河文化带建设的重要内容,是文化强国战略的有机组成部分,也是文化国际传播的重要途径,对我国社会经济文化的繁荣具有重要价值。当前运河生态文化传播存在传播主体单一,形式和内容不深刻鲜活,传播手段保守,社会的重视不够等问题。对此,可从完善顶层设计与政策架构,推进形式和内容创新,借力新媒体,注重传播的针对性等方面入手来提升运河生态文化的传播力,发掘大运河的全球性战略意义。
<<Under the background that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the protection and development of the ecological cultural resources of the canal is an important content for the construction of the Grand Canal cultural belt,an organic part of cultural powerful nation strategy,and an important way of international cultural communication,which is of great value to the prosperity of China’s social economy and culture. At present,there are problems in the communication of canal ecological culture:the subject of communication is single,the form and content are not profound and fresh,the means of communication are conservative,and the social attention is insufficient. In this regard,we can improve the communication of the canal ecological culture and explore the global strategic significance of the Grand Canal by improving the top-level design and policy framework,promoting the innovation of form and content,taking advantage of new media and paying attention to the pertinence of communication.
