城市文化空间塑造,是全球化背景下提升城市文化辨识度、构筑城市竞争优势的重要策略之一。济南已成功入选2022年“东亚文化之都”候选城市,应对城市文化空间塑造做出统筹考虑和安排,主要思路框架是:以打造文化品牌有特色、文化服务有品质、文化开发和对外交流有高度的城市文化体系为目标,围绕一个文化核心圈层、三大文化带动轴及五大文化分区展开,以差异化文化分区建设和城市文化的多样化呈现,塑造精彩纷呈、富有活力的城市文化空间,助力“东亚文化之都”申建工作。
<<The construction of city culture space is one of the important strategies to enhance the identification of city culture and build the competitive advantages of a city in the context of globalization. Jinan has been selected as a candidate city of Culture Captial of East Asia in 2022. The main blueprint of the overall thought and arrangement for the shaping of city culture space is as follows. Taking building cultural brands with distinctive characters,cultural services with high qualities,and cultural development and foreign exchanges with high level as the goal,it revolves around a cultural core layer,three cultural driving axes and five cultural zones. With the construction of differentiated cultural zoning and the diversified presentation of city culture,a colorful and vibrant city culture space will be shaped to help the application and construction of “Culture Capital of East Asia”.
