Anti-epidemic animation online was unprecedentedly active and animation workers were concentrating on the creation. Shandong TV animation has developed rapidly. However，there are still some problems in animation industry in Shandong Province，such as fewer animation brands，small scale of animation enterprises，and weak promotion of animation parks. To promote the high-quality development of Shandong animation industry，we should put content first and improve its originality；promote industrial agglomeration and perfect the profit mode；adapt to the media revolution and develop network animation；play the cultural advantage and build the animation brand.
