Under the background of deepening the reform of medical and health system，outpatient pharmacy socialization of public hospital has become an important policy approach to get rid of “medical care service supported by dealing of drugs” and to promote “separation between medical and medicine”. Based on the analysis of extraterrestrial countries and some pilot models in China，this research makes an in-depth analysis of the “reform policy objectives and mechanism” and the “reform access conditions and supporting environment”，and proposes phased promoting path of outpatient pharmacy socialization of public hospital.
