It combs the history of the government’s promotion of medical service pricing reform since the new medical reform，introduces the progress of the reform，compares the experience of medical service pricing development in Britain，Germany，the United States and Japan，and points out the problems in the pricing of medical services in China. From the perspective of the medical insurance payment system，it discusses the path of the medical service price formation mechanism，and provides policy recommendations for reforming the medical service pricing system and improving the medical system.
