In December 2016，the ministry of commerce issued the “national medicine circulation industry development planning（2016-2020）”，（hereinafter referred to as “planning”）. This “planning” for the “13th Five-Year” period will play an important guiding role in the national medicine circulation industry management and development. This article conducts an in-depth interpretation of the “planning”，to help the medicine circulation enterprises and the community grasp the main spirit of “planning”，and clear the main task of medicine circulation industry development in the new period.
