This article is based on the analysis of the whole process of the ecological compensation mechanism in the river basin，and uses the analytic hierarchy process and yaahp analytic hierarchy software to determine the weights of indicators at all levels，and designs a set of performance evaluation index systems for typical river basin ecological compensation. A set of indicator systems，based on the actualities of ecological compensation in the river basin，promote the continuous improvement of ecological compensation in the river basin，and provide scientific guidance to newly formulated policies.
