对3868位18~65岁城镇女性的调查结果显示,被调查女性平均身高158。6厘米,平均体重58。8千克;体重指数值在正常范围的,占61。7%;腰臀比均值为0。82,近六成属于中心性肥胖;人体脂肪率超标的,占75。1%;蛋白质含量、无机盐含量、身体总水分处于正常水平的,分别占67。0%、72。4%和67。1%。身体姿态不良的,占70。0%,包括驼背,颈椎前倾、侧倾,脊柱弯曲,内八字或外八字脚。55。1%的被调查女性制订过健身计划,但运动频率为每周3次或3次以上的,仅占28。6%,65。0%的女性锻炼时长不达标。以100分为最高分值,被调查女性形体健康指数均值为71分。应加强美育,树立科学理念,践行健康生活方式,提升女性形体健康管理水平,让女性更加健康美丽。
<<A survey of 3868 urban women aged 18 to 65 shows that the average height of the women surveyed is 158.6 cm and the average weight 58.8 kg;61.7% of them have the body mass index (BMI) in the normal range;the average waist-to-hip ratio is 0.82,and nearly 60% of them have centrality obesity;75.1% of them are overweight;67.0% of them have protein content,72.4% inorganic salt content and 67.1% water content at the normal level;70.0% have poor posture symptoms,including hunchback,forward head posture,cervical scoliosis,curvature of the spine,in-toeing or out-toeing. 55.1% of the women surveyed have made a fitness plan,but only 28.6% of them exercise three or more times a week,and 65.0% of them do not reach the standard length of time required for exercise. With 100 points as the highest score,the average female body health index is 71 points. Aesthetic education should be strengthened,scientific concepts and healthy lifestyles should be promoted,to help women better manage their body health and become healthier and more beautiful.
