2021，the first year of China’s “fourteenth five-year plan”，is stepping into a new stage until 2035. It will dominate the coming future. The emergence of the new epidemic situation challenges the social management ability of various countries，and also becomes the test of social system evaluation. China has become a big country that can’t be ignored in the world，and is frequently pushed to the center of global news focus. The changes in the new world structure have brought great challenges to China，but also presented a fantastic opportunity.
