In February 2019，the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan Outline” was officially promulgated，marking that the country’s policy on the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area has also been fully implemented.. The unique complementary combination and development opportunities of city clusters have not only brought valuable opportunities and favorable conditions for Macao’s development，but also provided new ideas for Macao’s cultural industries to integrate into and develop in the new environment. Based on this background，this paper analyzes the development trend and scale of Macao’s cultural industries in recent years，discusses the problems existing in the development process of Macao’s cultural industries，and gives specific Suggestions according to the actual situation on the premise of defining the entry point and positioning of Macao’s cultural industries in the context of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is recommended that Macao should strengthen the cooperation of tourism with other cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，improve the talent introduction system，and find breakthroughs to establish Macao-specific exhibitions.
