The past 70 years of has witnessed the prosperity of China’s cultural undertakings and the rapid expansion of cultural industries. Standing at a new starting point，China’s cultural industries（CI）is holding an important strategic opportunity，and the industrial development is oriented towards the strategic goal of becoming a pillar industry of the national economy. This paper first reviews the macro environment of the development of China’s CI in 2019，which tends to be stable，and high-quality-development-needed. With the CI and cutting-edge technology deeply integrated，cultural consumption becomes a new engine to expand domestic demand. Facing the cultural needs of the people，the CI seeks further unity of social and economic benefits. In addition，China’s CI in 2019 shows an overall characteristic of switching momentum and steady improvement. New products and new formats emerges with the continuous integration of culture and technology. The gradual improvement of industry supervision provides protection for the industry development and value. Cultural finance and industrial parks boost the high-quality and ecological development of the industry. And cultural and creative development promotes a wider social effect. Finally，this chapter puts forward several suggestions from the perspective of technology integration and industrial innovation.
