In 2020，Guangzhou’s trade and circulation industry was significantly affected by the epidemic. Wholesale and retail，transportation，and commodity import and export all declined to a certain extent. Looking ahead to 2021，there are many uncertainties of the disease changes and the environment at home and abroad，with the acceleration of domestic and international development of binary new pattern，with the speed up regional economic integration，commerce and trade circulation industry face both opportunities and challenges. This paper suggests that promoting “binary” new pattern of development，promoting the development of high quality，and foreign investment，putting efforts to build a better business environment，vigorously promoting supervision level to make further development of commerce in Guangzhou.
