This report introduces the development trend of Guangzhou’s new trade format before the COVID-19 crisis；and analyzes the influence of COVID-19 on Guangzhou’s new trade format，including cross-border e-commerce，market purchase trade and foreign trade comprehensive service；parallel import and cruise tourism. This report also analyzes the obstacles to the development of new trade formats in Guangzhou，and puts forward with some countermeasures to promote the development of new trade formats in Guangzhou during the period of crisis.
