Based on the relevant data of foreign trade development of 11 regions in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in 2018，this report establishes a set of index system of the foreign trade high-quality development，and obtains the comprehensive evaluation results of the foreign trade high-quality development of 11 regions by using the Factor Analysis，so as to intuitively analyze the level and differences of the foreign trade high-quality development of 11 regions. It is found that the foreign trade infrastructure，foreign trade optimization degree and foreign trade competitiveness of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area need to be strengthened and improved，and there is a big gap in the high-quality development level of foreign trade among different regions in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Therefore，in view of the existing problems，this report believes that Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Are must improve the degree of foreign trade optimization，cultivate new competitive advantages in foreign trade，optimize the foreign trade business environment and narrow the development gap among regions.
