In 2019，the Myanmar Democratic League government actively carried out foreign exchanges and cooperation，hoping to create a favorable external environment and boost domestic economic and social development. Influenced by the Rakhine regime situation，Myanmar’s relations with the United States，the European Union countries face challenges，in this case，the NLD government attaches great importance to developing with China，Japan，Russia，India and ASEAN，but also insist on contact with the west. Myanmar’s foreign continue to seek a balance between the countries and regions，counter and alleviate international pressure through all-round foreign exchanges.
