本报告基于中国新媒体纪录片的发展背景,对优酷纪录片及其频道的发展历程进行梳理,并结合独家访谈和权威数据资料,全方位分析优酷纪录片2019年的发展情况。调研发现,2019年优酷以文化价值追求和社会责任担当为品牌定位,搭建起“天地人感”四维内容布局;依靠阿里“大宣发”体系有效构建二次传播生态,把握年轻化、女性化用户趋势进行精细化运营;版权采购与项目自制并重,新型会员拉新策略和广告招商体系共建良性商业循环。未来,优酷纪录片将依托阿里大文娱,精准抓取用户需求,不断完善生产机制,拓展多元商业模式,努力实现“让天下没有难做的纪录片”的目标。
<<Based on the background of the development of Chinese new media documentary,this report introduces the development of Youku and its documentary channel,and combines exclusive interviews and authoritative data to comprehensively analyze the development of Youku documentary in 2019. The survey found that in 2019,Youku took the cultural value pursuit and social responsibility as its brand positioning,and built a unique content layout;it relied on Alibaba’s publicity system to effectively build a secondary communication ecosystem,and grasped the trend of younger and feminine users for refined operation;it also treated copyright introduction and self-made documentaries equally,and its new VIP membership promotion strategy and investment system jointly created a virtuous business cycle. In the future,Youku documentary will rely on Alibaba Group to accurately capture users’ demands,continuously improve production mechanism,expand diverse business models,and strive to achieve its ultimate goal.
