移动互联技术的发展催生新职业,创造就业岗位及就业“蓄水池”,不仅改善了劳动就业的交易规模、营销手段及评价体系,还助力劳动力市场良性发展。我国针对新就业形态的政策措施不断细化。但新就业形态仍面临劳动者技能、劳动管理、社会保险制度等方面的挑战,需要完善新就业形态的统计调查,进一步创新就业政策与服务,推动新就业形态大规模发展。
