The COVID-19 has accelerated the transformation process of China’s society digitally. As a new marginal group in the digital society，the mobile digital survival of the elderly presents a complex picture of “integration” and “exclusion”，and the polarization of stratum differentiation and gap within the elderly is becoming more and more prominent. More and more elderly people begin to turn to digital survival by means of “intergenerational feedback” and “peer assistance”；at the same time，affected by many factors，the elderly often face “digital exclusion” in society and become digital deserters. In the future，the construction of China’s digital society needs to invest more efforts in the inclusive level.
