Mobile online education （MOE） has become a new form of online education. In 2020，during the prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic，the strategy of “Suspending Classes without Suspending Learning” in China has stimulated the vitality of online education and promoted its vigorous development. However，there are still many challenges，such as the quality of resources，teachers’ instructional ability，learners’ self-regulated learning ability，online learning space，and supervision. With the development of technology and society，Short Video+ live education will become a new form of mobile online education. Mobile online education will penetrate into a wider learning field，which makes it possible to organize flexible teaching.
