2020年，移动互联网在推动全面脱贫攻坚、助力新冠肺炎疫情防控、破解老年数字鸿沟、创新政务服务方式、拓展城市治理空间等方面发挥了积极作用，催生并推动新产业、新业态快速发展；了一批城市治理创新实践涌现。进一步深化移动互联网城市治理应用，需在加快新型基础设施建设、强化数据资源治理、加强政企协同、开展区块链政务网络建设、深化人工智能应用等方面布局发力。
<<In 2020，the mobile Internet has played positive role in promoting comprehensive poverty alleviation，helping COVID-19 prevention and control，bridging the digital gap between the elderly，innovating government service mode，and expanding urban governance space. It has promoted the rapid development of new industries and new formats，and emerged a number of innovative practices of urban governance. To further deepen the application of mobile Internet in urban governance，we need to accelerate the construction of new infrastructure，strengthen the governance of data resources，strengthen the cooperation between government and enterprises，build block chain government network，and deepen the application of artificial intelligence.
