The launch of network-based poverty alleviation has been riding on the five major projects to contribute to the victory of the anti-poverty war by improving the network infrastructure，rural e-commerce speed，and information service system in poverty-stricken areas of China. China has set the strategies of rural revitalization and digital village as the major momentum for growth. Therefore，it is necessary to cement the fruits of network-based poverty alleviation，for which due attention should be paid to ensure the areas being lifted out of poverty take appropriate measures that suit local conditions and lead to the completion of beautiful and happy digital villages.
