In recent years，a series of measures of grassroots governance innovation in Beijing have been tested in the sudden outbreak of new epidemic in early 2020. The practice has proved that the experience of grassroots innovation in Beijing is successful and can stand the test. However，there are also some difficulties and problems in the innovation of grass-roots governance in Beijing. It is necessary to further increase the strength，breadth and depth of innovation and reform to improve，perfect and overcome. This paper puts forward suggestions from five aspects：further improving the grass-roots governance system，grass-roots governance system，grass-roots governance mechanism，grass-roots governance methods and strengthening the protection of human and property of grass-roots governance.
