通过对2020年北京市民服务热线数量的梳理,本报告对北京市民反映较为强烈的疫情防控、市场管理、公共服务、住房、医疗卫生、城乡建设、交通管理、社会秩序、劳动和社会保障、教育等问题进行了分析,并从办理主体的变化和不同功能区办理情况的差异方面分析了2020年北京市矛盾纠纷化解的5个特点。最后从强化合作、查找短板、强化社区建设、重视社会组织和媒体等角度提出了进一步防范化解矛盾纠纷的建议。
<<Based on the analysis of the number of Beijing Citizen Service Hotline in 2020,this paper analyzes the problem of epidemic prevention and control,market management,public service,housing,medical and health,urban and rural construction,traffic management,social order,labor and social security,education and so on,which are strongly reflected by Beijing Citizen. It also analyzes the changes of handling subjects and the differences of handling conditions in different functional areas Five characteristic of n resolving contradictions and disputes in Beijing 2020. From the perspective of strengthening cooperation,finding short board,strengthening community,paying attention to social organizations and media,this paper put forward some suggestions to further prevent and resolve conflicts and disputes.
