There are several problems in the governance of online pyramid selling cases in Beijing，such as “difficult to find”，fast propagation speed，difficult to detect and high cost of handling online pyramid selling cases. The controversial issues of its disposal include the need to further straighten out the connection of execution，the nature of team payment，the preparation to locate the victim，the relationship between the crime of organizing and leading pyramid selling activities and the crime of fund-raising fraud. In order to deal with the crime of pyramid selling，we should strengthen publicity，reduce the living space of network pyramid selling，intensify the crackdown，increase the punishment of network service providers who provide network platform for network pyramid selling，fairly identify the victims，properly handle the property involved，and maintain social harmony and stability.
