By analyzing 487 judgments on fraud in Beijing published in China in 2020，we found that the age of the main body of the fraud is younger，male dominated，unemployed persons account for more than 75%，and the majority of non Beijing registered residence population is the majority. The behavior of fraud crimes in Beijing is that single crimes account for the vast majority，the organization of crimes is not obvious，the randomness of fraud crimes is strong，and the crime is easy to solve but difficult to prevent. In order to effectively deal with the high incidence of fraud in Beijing，we should strengthen the attack and prevention of ordinary fraud crime，adopt the criminal punishment strategy of “temper justice with mercy”，help young people establish a correct concept of money，and provide more employment opportunities for young people.
