The participation of social organizations in the services purchase of government is an inevitable choice for the transfer of government functions. Through the case study of the service purchase within Beijing Disabled Persons’ Federation system，it has been argued that the implementation quality of the government’s purchase of social organization service policies is generally good，which is specifically reflected in the mature model，comprehensive system，standardized operation，professional security，and better social effects；there are also experts in the finalists Insufficient matching，part of the financial system is out of reality，part of the project professionalism needs to be improved，and the system of purchasing once a year should be broken through. Finally，it puts forward corresponding suggestions on the existing results and problems.
