Under the direction of “The Guidelines on Inheriting and Developing Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture” by the State Council of China，the safeguarding and development of traditional craftsmanship of intangible cultural heritage have got more policy guarantee and support. To mention traditional craftsmanship and poverty alleviation in the same breath is applicable to the survival mode of traditional craftsmanship which is always built in economic lives. Nevertheless，it’s not beneficial to its existence and involvement，if the related policies are executed blindly without taking care of the actual situation. The good will to help traditional craftsmanship rejuvenate in the daily economic life and to alleviate poverty needs to pay more attention to inheritors’ own willingness and formulate relatively tailored schemes of safeguarding.
