In 2019，the Ministry of culture and tourism issued the “quyi inheritance and development plan” to provide special classified protection for quyi intangible cultural heritage. With the introduction of a number of targeted policies，the protection and inheritance of quyi intangible cultural heritage has appeared the situation of active performance，in-depth research，emphasis on ecological construction，new inheritance opportunities brought by cultural and tourism integration，and increased communication channels. At the same time，it also faces the problems of shrinking creation，fragile talent ecological chain and “Marginalization” in the new media era.
