    2020年中国在线教育行业发展报告

    摘要

    2020年,新冠肺炎疫情凸显了数字文化产业的价值,“停课不停学”给在线教育行业高速发展带来了契机,5G、人工智能、大数据等数字技术的落地应用更是为在线教育创造了广阔的发展空间,在线教育行业的用户规模、市场规模和融资规模均呈现了大幅上涨的趋势。与此同时,在线教育行业也暴露了教育与技术融合效果不佳、加剧社会教育焦虑、突出教育领域不公平问题、冲击我国传统教育理念、师资水平参差不齐、加重家庭经济负担、教学内容盗版普遍等诸多亟待解决的问题。为此,本报告提出加大研发力度,推动新兴技术与教育深度融合;明确学校教育的主体地位,避免补课依赖症;校内外教育协同合作,增强在线教育公益属性;严格市场监管,确保在线教育机构规范办学;强化资本市场引导,培育健康的教育舆论生态等对策建议。

    Abstract

    In 2020,the COVID-19(Corona Virus Disease 2019)has highlighted the value of the digital cultural industry. The policy of “Suspension of classes without stop learning” has brought opportunities for the rapid development of the online education industry. Besides,the application of digital technologies such as 5G,artificial intelligence,and big data has created an opportunity for online education. The user scale,market scale and financing scale of the online education industry are all showing a trend of sharp rise in this year. At the same time,the online education industry has exposed many problems that need to be solved urgently,such as the education is not well integrated with technology,aggravates social education anxiety,highlights inequities in education,the traditional Chinese education philosophy is challenged,the level of teachers is uneven,increase the family financial burdens,widespread piracy of teaching content,and so on. In order to solve these problems,this report proposes the following suggestions:increase research and development efforts to promote the deep integration of emerging technologies and education;clarify the main status of school education and avoid dependence on supplementary lessons outside school;promote education collaboration inside and outside the school,and enhance the public welfare attributes of online education;strengthen market supervision to ensure the standardized operation of online education institutions;strengthen the guidance of the capital market to cultivate a healthy educational public opinion ecology.
