互联网平台的崛起和数字文化的发展,引发工作领域的变化,催生了平台创作者。该新型职业群体在主体意愿、工作方式、协作关系等方面都与传统组织的工作模式有所不同。研究聚焦个体,以北京地区平台创作者为例,采取量化和质化相结合的研究方法探究该职业群体的内涵、特征、工作实践及困境,提出平台创作者职业化的优化路径,有助于在充分了解其真实生存图景的基础上,解决实践中的困境,推动平台创作者成为新兴就业增量,也启发我们重新理解数字化背景下工作形式变迁对个体及社会的影响。
<<The rise of Internet platforms and the development of digital culture have triggered changes in the work field and given rise to platform creators. This new occupational group differs from the work patterns of traditional organizations in terms of subject willingness,work style,and collaborative relationships. Focusing on individuals,the study takes platform creators in Beijing as an example,and adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to explore the connotations,characteristics,work practices and dilemmas of this occupational group,and proposes an optimal path for the professionalization of platform creators,which helps to solve the dilemmas in practice on the basis of a full understanding of their real survival picture,promotes platform creators as an emerging employment increment,and also inspires us to re-understand the impact of changing work forms on individuals and society in the context of digitalization.
