近年来伴随着人工智能等新兴技术的发展,我国在智能制造、大数据、物联网等领域也实现了较大的突破。然而,技术进步过程中技能人才短缺和结构失衡问题愈加严重,背后更深层次的问题是技能人才培养机制、激励机制和绩效评估机制的不健全。未来我国技能人才开发格外重要,政府、教育机构和企业都是技能人才开发的主体,都需要充分发挥各自在技能人才开发过程中的职能和作用,以解决现存的问题,不断提升我国技能人才水平。
