Through the evaluation and feedback of students and employers on teaching through the employment status and trend of graduates of higher vocational colleges in Beijing，combined with the process of changing the setting of higher vocational colleges in Beijing，this paper analyzes and studies how employment can give feedback to the regional professional settings and personnel training，and then promote the linkage between enrollment，training and employment of higher vocational colleges，and finally realize the scientific allocation and layout of the scale and structure of higher vocational education，and meet the needs of higher vocational personnel in the capital’s economic structure and industrial upgrading.
