This report focuses on the questionnaire survey of 15000 samples on Tiktok platform，outlines the development process of live stream industry and the development status of new forms of employment in China，analyzes the basic situation and new employment characteristics of the streamer group，studies the important role of the live stream platform in stabilizing and ensuring employment along with practical cases. It also analyzes the main problems in the development of new employment from of live stream in four aspects：vocational training，social security，employment quality and new career development，and puts forward targeted policies and public service suggestions to promote the development of new employment form of live stream.
