共享用工是一种新的就业形式,在国内外得到越来越广泛的应用。这种用工方式在减轻企业的冗员负担、降低用工企业的人工成本、增加参与共享员工收入、优化人力资源配置等方面具有积极作用。但也存在法律法规不健全、面临体制机制障碍、劳动者权益保障不足、就业质量不高等问题。未来需要通过完善相关法律法规、加强对企业和平台的监管、积极落实企业主体责任、建设共享平台等方式,推动共享用工规范化发展。
<<Employee sharing is a new form of employment,which is more and more widely used at home and abroad. This kind of employment mode plays a positive role in solving the plight of redundant employees,reducing labor costs,increasing the income of employees and optimizing the allocation of human resources. However,there are also some problems,such as imperfect laws and regulations,institutional barriers,insufficient protection of workers’ rights and interests,and low employment quality. In the future,we need to improve the relevant laws and regulations,strengthen the supervision of enterprises and platforms,actively implement the main responsibility of enterprises,and build a sharing platform to promote the standardized development of employee sharing.
